EnjoyHealth.com offers Same-Day Shipping at no
additional cost if orders are placed and
processed before 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed
after 2:00pm Fridays or on the weekends will be shipped on our
next working day.
BACK
ORDERS:
Our real-time
inventory management system ensures that our most popular
products are available for immediate shipment. We do our best to
avoid any back orders.
UNDELIVERABLE
ORDERS:
If any order is
returned to us by UPS for any reason, the additional shipping
charges and C.O.D. fee will be charged to your account. If
two orders are returned, the account will revert to PREPAID ONLY
without prior notice.
SHORTAGES/MIS-SHIPMENTS:
Because of our
double-check packing system, we have a minimum amount of
errors. On the rare occasion of a shortage, please
thoroughly inspect the box a second time for the product(s).
If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if any other
problems exist, contact our office at 253-939-8865 within
24 hours of receipt of shipment.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS:
We accept
Discover,Visa and Mastercard, (credit or debit) for fast
convenient and secure payment. We also accept money orders
and cashier checks, although products will not be shipped until
money orders and checks clear our bank.
RETURN
POLICY:
We Will
Accept Product Returns If:

shipping (for credit or exchange)

It is un-opened and
un-used and in re-sellable condition (for credit or exchange)

For some reason it is
"spoiled" or something is wrong with it even
though the expiration date has not been met.

original invoice or a note explaining if you'd like a refund
or exchange (broken glass bottled products do not need to be
